Twin Flames is a dynamic 60-minute dual-format class that merges the elegance of barre with the mindful strength of Pilates — two complementary practices that, together, ignite something greater than either can alone.
Move through sculpting barre sequences, with Lucretia of Artistry Fitness, that lengthen and tone. Then transition seamlessly into grounding Pilates flows, with Tyra of Ty's Garden, that build deep core strength and body awareness. Each half of class reflects the other — a mirror of movement, breath, and intention designed to leave you feeling both energized and restored.
Whether you're a longtime devotee of the barre or a Pilates regular looking for something new, Twin Flames meets you where you are and challenges you to go further — together.

What To Expect:
