Twin Summit AI Agents: Unmask & Unleash the Power of AI in Your Business

A free, hands-on AI workshop in Centennial. Bring your laptop and see the AI agents we run in our own businesses, live. Food and drinks.
About this Event

What could you do with more time to run your business, instead of spending your day keeping up with it?

The calls. The messages. The scheduling. The books. The marketing. Every business has work that keeps coming back, and too much of it ends up on the owner's plate.

We know these systems work because we use them ourselves. We built AI agents and applications for our own businesses, put them into daily use and changed how we operate. Now we're opening them up so you can put them to work in your business and save time and money, the way they have for ours.

BRING YOUR LAPTOP. This is a hands-on evening. Bring your computer so you can follow along during the demonstrations and start learning the skills yourself.

Join Shaquan Pratt and Zach Kemmer for Twin Summit AI: an evening of live demonstrations, food, drinks and conversation for business owners, operators, realtors and real estate investors across the Denver area. No technical experience is needed.

WHAT WE'LL SHOW YOU

Luna, our AI operations manager

Luna runs daily operations for our short-term rental business. She messages our guests, replies to their questions, coordinates schedules and prepares our reports. Running our operations this way made us more efficient and reduced our payroll costs.

Why it matters to you: if your day gets pulled in ten directions, you'll see what it looks like when routine work runs through a system instead of through you.

Grace, an AI receptionist

Grace answers every call at Lost Sheep Salon, including nights and weekends. She books the appointment and texts the stylist who got booked. She runs for under $30 a month.

Why it matters to you: a missed call can be a missed customer. Hear what an AI receptionist sounds like and decide whether one belongs in your business.

Our salon front desk

At Lost Sheep Salon, agents run the front desk around the stylists: an instant text back to every missed call, one inbox for every text, a 6:30 a.m. text to the owner with the day's appointments, and a books agent that replaced about $4,900 a year in accountant and QuickBooks fees.

Why it matters to you: see what it looks like when the front desk keeps running while everyone is busy with clients.

Document tools for a law office

Built for a small Pennsylvania law office. They draft the firm's custody and divorce filings and client letters in its own Word format, ready for the attorney to review.

Why it matters to you: if your work runs on paperwork, see how much of it can be drafted for you while a professional stays in charge of every document.

An inventory app for a coffee shop

Built for a Pittsburgh-area coffee shop. Staff count stock on a phone in the order they walk the shelves, instead of on a laptop spreadsheet, and the app builds the reorder list by supplier.

Why it matters to you: it shows how a small custom app can turn a chore nobody wants into a few taps.

One app for a construction crew

Built for a construction crew that ran its days across three separate programs from three vendors. One app now does the work of all three: clock-in, load-up lists, the schedule, safety and job-site photos, with an office dashboard behind it.

Why it matters to you: count the programs your team juggles. See what it looks like when one app built around your work replaces them.

A website agent

An AI agent that builds a small business website and keeps it current: new pages, updates and the basics that help it show up on Google.

Why it matters to you: see how the build works and what to ask for before your next website.

An accounting agent

An agent that reviews the books. It caught a clerical error of nearly $40,000 on a tax return, brought tax strategies to our attention that we were not using and replaced what we paid an outside bookkeeper. The $40,000 is the size of the error it identified, not a tax savings figure.

Why it matters to you: see how a second set of eyes on your numbers works, and where a professional still belongs in the loop.

Our in-house cleaning app

PrattsWay, the cleaning app our team built, coordinates our cleaning turnovers and replaced a paid scheduling platform.

Why it matters to you: it shows how to build software around the way your team actually works, instead of paying for a platform that almost fits.

A note on results: these are systems we run in our own businesses and tools we built for clients. The results above are real, and what they do for you will depend on your business.

MEET YOUR HOSTS

Shaquan Pratt | CEO, Cashaw Management | Co-Founder, Twin Summit AI

Shaquan Pratt is a CEO, founder and real estate investor. As CEO of Cashaw Management, and through his work with KushKations and Same Day B&B Cleaning, he brings hands-on experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, team leadership and daily business operations. His perspective comes from owning what happens after the deal: serving guests, coordinating teams, reviewing the numbers and building a business that does not depend on the owner for every decision.

Shaquan runs his own businesses on AI. Luna, his AI operations manager, runs daily operations across guest messaging, schedules and reports, and his team has built its own applications, including the cleaning app that replaced a paid scheduling platform. At the heart of his work is a simple goal: build people and build systems so owners can spend less time managing every detail and more time building relationships, being present and spending time with family and loved ones.

Zach Kemmer | Founder, Kemmer Solutions | Short-Term Rental Operator | Co-Founder, Twin Summit AI

Zach Kemmer is the founder of Kemmer Solutions, a Pittsburgh web and AI agency. He also operates his family’s Airbnb and leads the technology behind Lost Sheep Salon. His work spans AI systems, websites, applications, marketing, and the day-to-day operations of small businesses.

Zach builds and tests systems in his family’s businesses, where he and Zion, his AI builder, maintain 53 automations. These include the salon’s AI receptionist and tools for bookkeeping, inventory, and advertising. He has also built custom tools for a law office, a coffee shop, and a construction company.

An avid reader committed to daily improvement, Zach brings that same approach to his work with business owners: make practical changes, measure the results, and keep improving. His goal is to give owners dependable systems and more time for the people and priorities that matter most.
