TWI Job Instruction: Three Weeks to Better Job Instruction

Join Missouri Enterprise’s TWI-JI Certified Trainer Mike Spurgeon for three interactive sessions that help supervisors and employees responsible for training others deliver clearer, more effective job instruction.

Using the TWI Job Instruction 4-Step Method, participants learn to break down jobs, demonstrate tasks, guide practice and provide follow-up support. Participants will practice the method using a real job from their workplace.

Three-session series:

• Thursday, December 3, 2026 | 8 am – 12 pm
• Thursday, December 10, 2026 | 8 am – 12 pm
• Thursday, December 17, 2026 | 8 am – 11 am

Cost: $950 per person for the three-session series. All training materials included.
