Join Chef Janet at Cooking with Cass for a special fall-inspired edition of Tuscany Tuesday, where you’ll learn the art of making delicate ricotta gnocchi paired with a classic butter sage sauce, followed by a festive pumpkin cannoli to celebrate the flavors of the season.

This hands-on cooking experience will guide you through the process of preparing homemade ricotta gnocchi from scratch, with Chef Janet sharing techniques for creating light, tender gnocchi. You’ll finish your dish with a luxurious butter sage sauce and then prepare a delicious pumpkin cannoli for a festive, seasonal dessert.

Refund & Cancellation Policies
Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48+ hours before the event. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable for individually purchased tickets.
For groups of 5–10 guests, a minimum of 7 days' notice is required to receive a credit toward a future class or event.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class or event due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event that Cooking with Cass cancels or reschedules an event, guests will be contacted using the phone number or email address provided at registration and offered an appropriate refund or credit.
While we are unable to offer credits, transfers, or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work conflicts, personal emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control, guests are always welcome to send someone in their place, as we understand that these things do happen. If you are purchasing this class or event as a gift, please provide this cancellation policy to the recipient, as the policy will still apply.
