About this Event
Turning the Tide is an annual Pagan festival brought to you by the Everglades Moon Local Council (EMLC) of the Covenant of the Goddess (CoG).
Turning the Tide is an intimate gathering of Wiccans and Witches in South Florida. It is a camping weekend filled with rituals, workshops, food, and friendship. From its start in 1997, Turning the Tide has grown into one of the more popular festivals in South Florida.
EMLC’s mission is to represent and expand the presence of the Covenant of the Goddess in Florida, to provide a sense of community, and to encourage communication among the various groups and individuals of our religion.
EMLC is a non-profit organization that provides its members with the opportunity to join together with other Witches in Florida and across the U.S. to help those in need. Since our founding in 2002, we have dedicated significant time and energy to supporting local organizations that help others.
