Wear your play clothes and closed-toe shoes to the barn for a 4-hour workshop designed to discover what's holding you back from the life you want, and what's going to carry you forward into it.
We'll work with the horses to get clear on the beliefs, patterns, and limitations that have kept you from your ideal life and self. Horses respond to what's true in your vibration, which makes them uniquely suited to showing you exactly where you're holding yourself back.
Bring:
- Comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting dirty
- Closed-toe shoes
- Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen (we have shades but will not be under them the whole time)
- Snacks, if you like
