As the season grows quieter, this restorative experience invites you to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with a deeper sense of stillness. You’ll be guided through a spacious Yoga Nidra meditation practice, a form of guided rest that encourages the body to soften while awareness remains gently present. Choice-based invitations will allow you to settle in the way that feels most supportive for you.
Throughout the practice, Deb will weave in gentle sound with singing bowls, monochord, chimes, rainstick, and other calming instruments, creating a warm and supportive soundscape for rest and reflection.
This is an opportunity to step away from doing, release some of the mental and emotional busyness of the season, and simply rest in quiet awareness.
You’ll be comfortably supported with blankets, bolsters, and other props, either reclining or resting in a position that works for your body.
No experience with Yoga Nidra or meditation is necessary. Come as you are and give yourself permission to turn inward.
