About this Event
Asking for an order or selling your products or services shouldn't have to feel pushy or awkward. This practical, down-to-earth session is built for people who never trained in sales but still need to win and keep customers.
In around 90 minutes, you'll learn how to turn everyday enquiries into paying customers by focusing on one simple idea; helping customers to buy, rather than selling to them.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You'll come away able to:
- Handle enquiries with confidence: by phone, email or in person
- Ask the right questions to understand what a customer really needs
- Build trust quickly and stand out from your competitors
- Guide a conversation towards a natural "yes", no scripts, no pressure
- Respond calmly to hesitation, price objections and "I'll think about it"
The session is relaxed, interactive and jargon-free, with techniques you can put to use the very next working day, whatever your product, service or sector.
