What is it?
Tunisian/Afghan crochet is a fascinating and versatile crochet technique that combines elements of both crochet and knitting, creating a unique fabric with a distinctive look and feel.
Who is the course for?
This 6-hour course is designed for those who are comfortable with the basics of traditional crochet (single and double stitches) but looking to expand their skills.
What's the difference from traditional crochet?
- the use of an elongated/or extended hook
- work each row in two parts: the forward pass and the return pass
- the ability to produce a dense, textured fabric that's perfect for a variety of projects, from warm blankets and cozy scarves to intricate shawls and stylish garments
