Join Dominique Baskett, DPT, RYT on Saturday, November 7 from 2:00 - 5:00pm to reconnect with your body and explore the often-overlooked world of your pelvic floor in this nurturing workshop led by a physical therapist.Through a blend of education, guided breath practices, gentle myofascial release, and the soothing vibrations of sound bowls, we’ll create space to deepen our connection to the pelvic floor.
Together, we’ll learn about the role of the pelvic floor in our everyday lives, explore ways to release tension and cultivate awareness, and discover how breath and mindful movement can support a more connected relationship with our bodies. There will be a little learning, a little hands-on exploration, and plenty of time to rest and tune in.
This workshop is open to anyone with a pelvis. No prior experience or knowledge of pelvic floor therapy is needed. If you’re curious about your anatomy or seeking a deeper mind-body connection, you are welcome here.
Come as you are, bring your curiosity, and leave with a deeper understanding of your pelvic floor and a few simple practices to carry into everyday life.
