Stones for class will be provided. Please bring a set of sheets, a blanket and a face cradle cover.

Tammi Bond, LMT- Tammi graduated from Bodymechanics in 2009. She currently manages Cascadia360 Massage and Wellness and is an instructor at Bodymechanics. She has 17 years of experience in the massage field and is excited to bring her knowledge and practical skills to the classroom.
Jereck Carmona, LMT- Jereck is a licensed massage therapist who loves helping people feel their best. He teaches Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathology at Bodymechanics making sure future therapists have a solid grasp of how the body works. Jereck has a passion for holistic health and enjoys blending his hands-on skills with teaching to inspire his students.
