Inviting you to experience firsthand the peace, relaxation, and vitality that comes with the 3300 year old practice of Tai' Chi Gung. The exercises have been handed down from Master to student in an unbroken lineage from the Lamasery in Darchen, Tibet.
Tai' Chi Gung stands for supreme lifeforce temple (the human body). The flow of energy through the body, and increase in frequency that result from doing the gentle Tai' Chi Gung exercises, are very powerful and regenerative. It is both an honor and a privilege to share the wisdom of the Masters with you as your certified Tai' Chi Gung instructor.
Tai' Chi Gung classes are located on the 3rd floor Studio A/B of the Ascension St. John Siegfried Health Club.
