Synopsis: Fragments of Many Skies (টুকরো টুকরো আকাশ) is a bilingual dance-drama that explores migration, memory and belonging. It uses the metaphor of migratory birds. The play is a blend of theatre, poetry, expressive movement and live music. It follows two childhood friends whose lives diverge when one leaves home and the other stays behind. Through letters, memories and imagined conversations, they make a discovery. Migration changes not only those who leave, but also those who remain. Curiosity shifts from the world beyond to the meaning of home itself. The production asks: Where do we truly belong? Fragments of Many Skies is tender, visually poetic and relatable. It celebrates the beauty of multiple identities. It invites audiences to reflect on their own journeys, memories and the skies that have shaped them.
