Join My Native Doctor® for Tuesdays with MND, a supportive, physician‑guided space designed for women navigating postpartum recovery, perimenopause, menopause, hormonal changes, chronic stress, burnout, and the identity shifts of motherhood and midlife.
What a Session May Include:
Movement: Dance, yoga, Tai Chi, and Qigong
Creative Expression: Expressive writing, poetry, and art therapy
Sound Practices: Sound therapy and restorative sound baths
Collective Healing: Group acupuncture sessions
Family Conversations: Lactation and parenting discussions
Open Q&A: Questions answered by the physician
