Join us for a FREE intermediate, social-paced group ROAD ride every Tuesday and Thursday! This year-round ride series is designed for conditioning to grow endurance and strength.Location: Cycology Bicycles
Time: 8:30 AM (Starting October, rollout time will change to 10AM)
About Cycology Bicycles Group Rides:
Rides leave from the shop. The route and pace are determined by the ride guide and group. Route length is generally 30 to 40 miles at a 15 to 17 MPH average pace with regrouping along the route.

Before joining these rides, you should already have the general skills required to ride the roads safely with car traffic.
