Are you looking for a different kind of date night in the Boston area?
Tantra Date Night for Couples is a beginner-friendly, Tantra-inspired intimacy workshop in Watertown, MA, near Boston. Through guided practices, you’ll explore ways to reconnect, communicate more openly, and bring greater presence, playfulness, and pleasure into your relationship.
No experience with Tantra is needed.
Overview
Would you like to step away from everyday responsibilities and enjoy an evening focused on each other—with time to slow down, soften, and explore new ways of connecting?
Whether you’ve been together for decades or are just beginning your relationship, Tantra-inspired practices invite you to move from everyday thinking and doing into sensing, feeling, and being together.
Join us for a cozy evening of guided connection practices, simple communication exercises, meditations, and gentle body-awareness explorations.
You don’t have to arrive feeling romantic or full of energy. Come as you are, and discover ways to connect that feel right for both of you—with practical tools you can continue using at home.
Who Is This For?
This workshop is for couples who want to:
- Reconnect when everyday life leaves little room for intimacy
- Deepen their connection, even when their relationship already feels good
- Bring more curiosity, playfulness, and pleasure into their time together
- Find ways to connect when their levels of desire or energy differ
- Communicate more openly about intimacy
- Step out of familiar routines and discover something new about each other
- Simply enjoy a different kind of date night!
It’s natural to feel a little nervous about exploring intimacy in a group setting. You’ll stay with your own partner throughout the practices, alongside other couples focused on their connection.
What to Expect
A warm, grounded, playful, and beginner-friendly environment, with a mix of:
- Simple teachings on Tantra-inspired intimacy and conscious connection
- Guided communication exercises
- Meditations and awareness practices to help you slow down and become more present
- Gentle body-awareness explorations
- Optional, non-sexual touch practices with clear guidance and consent

You’ll practice with the partner or practice buddy you come with—no partner switching. This workshop is fully clothed and does not include nudity or erotic touch.
All practices are explained in advance, with options to adapt, pause, or sit out. You don’t need to match your partner’s enthusiasm or push past your comfort.
No previous experience with Tantra, yoga, or meditation is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to explore together.
Adults ages 18 to 80+ of all genders, orientations, and relationship stages are welcome!
What Participants Are Saying:
“Zhanna's workshop was transformative and incredibly healthy for our relationship. My partner and I came into it thinking it may be a little silly or over the top...We walked away with a major dose of amazing reality after the various lessons and exercises... After session, we felt relaxed, honest, strongly attracted, deeply emotionally connected and closer than we ever have been since the beginning of our relationship! Even now, a few weeks after, we are finding we are using the techniques in and out of the bedroom to continue to strengthen our amazing bond."
- Bryan and Eli
"Thank you so much for our amazing night on Saturday! My wife and I don’t have too many date nights and we had an amazing time. I personally really enjoyed the atmosphere, the openness that it facilitated, and the great exercises to continue our journey on building our communication and intimacy!"
- Marc
" It was one of the best-structured workshops I've ever been to! It completely transformed my partner's mindset. He came in extremely anxious and emerged at a very peaceful place. We are definitely coming back!"
- Irina
"Group activities are not my thing - especially when the topics are so personal... but you created a framework of safety and acceptance. It was ok to be vulnerable, which is an increasingly rare feeling these days!"
- Bruce
