Stop by the Luv & Above space for a complimentary 5-minute 9D Breathwork Relaxation Session. Slip on the headphones, close your eyes, breathe, and allow yourself a few uninterrupted minutes to slow down and reconnect.
This short immersive experience is designed to support you in releasing stress, calming your nervous system, restoring a sense of balance, and reconnecting with yourself.
There’s nothing to prepare and no previous breathwork experience is necessary. Simply come as you are. Sessions are completely FREE, walk-in, and offered throughout the festival on a first-come, first-served basis.
