About this Event
Modern computing systems and critical infrastructures now span software, networks, artificial intelligence, cloud and edge services, operational technology, connected devices and physical processes from cyber-physical systems and IoT to digital twins, autonomous systems, smart grids, connected transport, healthcare technology and manufacturing.
This event explores: How can confidence/trust in sustainable cyber security of modern computing systems be established, measured, communicated and maintained throughout a system's lifecycle?
Sustainable security requires credible evidence that controls remain effective, resilient and proportionate over time — while accounting for their computational, environmental, economic and societal costs. We will explore how assurance, testing, monitoring, risk management, AI, formal modelling and quantum-ready approaches can build this confidence at both design time and runtime.
