This event is a multi-organization partnership with Novato Mothers Club, Marin Foster Care Assoc. and The Quest.
Why do we ask for RSVP registrations?
BY RSVPing you agree to trunk or treat at your own risk and consent to social media photos and videos posted on our various combined sites.
Q: Do I need to RSVP?
A: Yes, we appreciate being able to account and prepare for our attendees. It is FREE to attend and we welcome any donations to our community efforts. All attendees will receive a link to the professional photos that we take.
Q: What should I expect?
A: A parking lot full of DECORATED CARS with different creative themes and friendly people. Althougth we will host the event for full two hours, we cannot garuntee if attendees arrive near the end (1pm) that there will be enough candy or hot dogs. We reccommend arriving and trunk or treating between 11a-12:30p. We cannot gaurantee candy/food for participants who arrive 12:45pm or after.
Q: How long will it take?
A: Stay or long as you like but plan for at least 20-30 minutes and mabye 45 minutes to be safe depending on traffic in our parking lot. Children and families will be instructed to walk around to 12-15 parked cars to receive candy. Attendees will enjoy free hot dogs, music and friendly costumed characters. Spider-Man and The Hulk are confirmed to be there.
Q: If I show up and my friends or family haven't RSVP'd can they still particpate?
Yes, they will be invited to use a QR code to register and ensure they release consent for our photos/video as well as agree to Trunk or Treat at their own risk.
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: We will move inside our building.
Q: Do I or my kids have to dress-up?
A: No. You don't have to but we welcome any and all to attend in costumes. Let's have fun.
Q: What is the best age or this event?
A: All ages are welcomed. Kids 12 and under usually find it entertaining but all ages are invited and welcomed.
Q: Will there be scary costumes or decorations?
A: The Quest in partnership with Novato Mothers Club and Marin County Foster Care Association will NOT be doing anything scary, but there may be attendees who show up dressed in scary costumes. We encourage a safe and friendly environment for all. We will have a Co-Player dressed as THE THING from Fantastic Four (see photo below) and Wolverine.
