The community is invited to celebrate Halloween at the 2026 Spooky Car Show and Trunk or Treat! Presented through a partnership between Middletown Cruise and the City of Middletown, this annual fan-favorite event is moving to a brand-new venue, Smith Park.Date: Saturday, October 24, 2026

Event Highlights
Car Show (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM): All cars, trucks, jeeps, and motorcycles are welcome.
Judging (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM): Special guest judges will evaluate entries.
Trunk or Treat (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM): Candy distribution for children of all ages.
Trophy Announcements (8:00 PM): Winners will be awarded high-profile trophies.
Food Vendors: A variety of local food trucks serving delicious treats.
Participation & Safety
The event is completely free to attend and participate in. Vehicle owners interested in joining the Trunk or Treat portion are asked to bring candy to distribute from their decorated vehicles. For safety, participating vehicles must be parked by 5:30 PM and remain on-site until 8:30 PM to ensure a secure environment for pedestrians. Costumes are highly encouraged for all participants!
We ask all attendees to drive slowly within the Smith Park grounds. Please remain vigilant for pedestrians and young trick-or-treaters throughout the event.
