This Halloween season, step inside one of Fort Myers’ most fascinating historic landmarks for a night of mystery, stories, and paranormal investigation—all while supporting an important local cause.On October 23rd, True Tours of Fort Myers, in partnership with Burroughs Home & Gardens and the Uncommon Friends Foundation, invites you to experience the historic Burroughs Home in a whole new way.
For generations, the home has been part of Fort Myers history, welcoming notable guests and hosting countless stories. Guests will begin with a brief history of the property and some of the real experiences reported over the years.
Then, guided by trained investigators from True Tours—including local paranormal author and tour guide Christopher Balzano—you’ll have the opportunity to explore designated areas of the home and grounds and conduct your own investigation.
Bring your own equipment or simply come with an open mind. Afterward, gather with fellow guests to share experiences and evidence. Refreshments will be available, along with optional psychic readings.
There’s an even more meaningful reason to join us: an auction will be held to benefit the Uncommon Friends Foundation scholarship fund.
The price is $55 a person and includes the investigation, and the meet and greet and auction after.
