About this Event
Trippy Beats
A Live Sound Bath & Immersive Music Experience
Come take a trip through sound.
Join Norah Greatrix, Obed Jean-Louis, and Oscar Evans for an immersive journey through live music, sound, rhythm, and stillness—blending guitar, percussion, double bass, soulful vocals, crystal bowls, chimes, and atmospheric soundscapes.
Moving between hypnotic grooves, melodic improvisation, spacious sound, and moments of deep stillness, let the music unfold and take you on a journey.
Along the way, gentle invitations into breath, imagery, movement, and voice will be woven into the experience, opening different ways to feel and explore sound.
Through sound, rhythm, movement, and inward attention, the evening offers an opportunity to explore expanded states of embodied awareness.
Lie down. Sit. Move. Explore your voice. Close your eyes. Drift.
There’s no right way to experience Trippy Beats. Follow what feels good and participate as much or as little as you like.
Come as you are. Get comfortable. Let the music take you somewhere.
What to Bring
Wear something comfortable and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow to create your own cozy space. Bring an eye mask if you’d like to drop further inward.
