Join us for a FREE 6-week online MONDAYS Triple P Parenting of Teens course designed to provide practical tools, strategies and restorative practices, to support parents and strengthen family relationships.
This is a course for all parents or caregivers of teens. All are welcome.

We are greatful to the Perth and District Community Foundation for the grant to deliver this course for free.
Lanark County Community Justice is a non-profit charity. Donations can be made at www.commjustice.org.
Priority will be given to residents of Perth and District; however, anyone living in Lanark County or the Town of Smiths Falls is welcome to register.
Please only register if you plan to attend all or most of the sessions, as spaces are limited.

Triple P Group Teen (Positive Parenting Program)
Triple P Group Teen is a practical, evidence-based parenting program designed for parents and caregivers of teenagers aged 12 to 16. The program provides positive parenting strategies to help strengthen family relationships, encourage responsible behaviour, improve communication, and support teens in developing important life skills. Parents learn effective ways to manage challenging behaviours, navigate risk-taking situations, and promote their teen's emotional wellbeing and independence. The course is delivered in a supportive group setting where parents can learn, share experiences, and build confidence in their parenting approach.
Participants will learn how to:
- Build positive relationships with their teenager
- Encourage desirable behaviour and independence
- Manage challenging behaviour effectively
- Improve family communication and problem-solving
- Support their teen's emotional regulation and decision-making
- Respond to risk-taking behaviours and challenging situations
Who should attend? Parents, guardians, and caregivers of teens who want practical tools to support their teenager's development, strengthen family relationships, and address common parenting challenges.
This positive parenting program is based on the internationally recognized Triple P system, one of the world's most extensively researched parenting programs.
Lanark County Community Justice's mission is to provide and promote the community use of restorative practices. Accordingly, a restorative approach will be used for course delivery and relationship building.
