TRIO: A Christmas Wellness Celebration ✨Sunday 13th December | 3–6pm
The Rosière Suite, St Brelade’s Bay Hotel, Jersey
£75 per person
Join Kseniya, Maryia and Rebecca for a beautiful festive afternoon of movement, self-care and connection, overlooking the stunning St Brelade’s Bay.
Following the demand of our TRIO collaboration events, we’re delighted to come together again for a special Christmas edition — an opportunity to pause, nurture yourself and enjoy some precious time in the run-up to Christmas.
Your afternoon of wellness
MyoYin with Kseniya
Experience Kseniya’s MyoYin practice, a beautiful blend of Yin Yoga and myofascial release. Through gentle movement, supported stretches and mindful release, we’ll invite the body to soften and unwind.
Face Yoga with Maryia
Discover Maryia’s nurturing Face Yoga practice, exploring techniques to release facial tension, encourage relaxation and bring a little extra glow to your day.
Meditation, Breathwork & Sound Bath with Rebecca
We’ll finish our afternoon by slowing down with guided meditation and breathwork, followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath. Allow the soothing sounds of crystal and alchemy bowls to wash over you as you settle into stillness.
A little Christmas time for you
Three practices, three practitioners and one beautiful space to reconnect with yourself.
Whether you’re joining us for the first time or returning after our last TRIO experience, we’d love to welcome you for this special festive gathering.
Come as you are, take a breath and give yourself the gift of a little calm this Christmas.
Your £75 ticket includes the complete three-hour wellness experience.
