The nutrition session will be particularly useful for athletes and parents alike, covering nutrition considerations that support training and racing.
We need to book a venue, so please let Blake know if you plan to attend the workshop and how many people will be coming. Numbers will be limited by venue capacity, with places available on a first-come, first-served basis.
