Diego Corzo is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, Realtor, and speaker who has built his career around one core belief: real estate can be a vehicle to create financial freedom and generational wealth.
Born in Lima, Peru, Diego immigrated to the United States at the age of nine. As a DACA recipient, his path to building wealth looked different than most. Without access to many of the traditional opportunities available to others, Diego turned to real estate and entrepreneurship to create his own path.
He began investing in real estate in his early 20s and achieved financial independence by age 26. Since then, Diego has built a portfolio of 60+ rental properties, investing across multiple strategies including long-term rentals, multifamily properties, and short-term rentals.
His experience as both an investor and a Realtor has allowed him to see real estate from both sides of the transaction. Today, Diego co-leads the Nino Team at Realty of America, which closes 350+ homes and more than $125 million in annual sales volume, while continuing to invest and help others understand how real estate can be used to build long-term wealth.
Diego is also passionate about teaching other investors and real estate professionals how to move beyond simply earning income and begin acquiring assets, creating passive income, and building financial independence.
A TEDx speaker who has been featured in Forbes and invited to the White House in recognition of his journey as a DACA recipient, Diego regularly shares his story of going from immigrant beginnings to becoming a successful real estate investor and entrepreneur.
His philosophy comes from something his father told him when he was young:
