Hey everyone! Halloween at the dunes is creeping up, and while the usual hosting groups can’t run the event this year, the spirit of spooky fun refuses to be ghosted. Let’s keep our tradition alive by transforming our campsites into a festive, fright light wonderland and letting the kids trick or treat on Saturday night. The weekend before Halloween has always brought an awesome turnout, so let’s stick with the magic — I’m proposing October 24th for this year’s dune side Halloween celebration.
To make things even more fun, we’re adding a prize for the best decorated campsite, so break out your cobwebs, cauldrons, glowing ghosts, and all your creative Halloween magic — we want to see the dunes light up with spooky brilliance and make this a night the kids will remember long after the last candy wrapper blows across the sand.
