Port Coquitlam Community Centre - Room - Mabbett Hall
Volunteer Fair attendees can drop in any time between 10am and 2pm. Stay for 10 minutes or an hour. Everyone is welcome.
The Volunteer Fair brings more than 24 local nonprofits into one room so you can talk to volunteer coordinators directly. Ask what they do, what help they need, and what a volunteer role actually looks like week to week. No appointments, no pressure, nothing to sign.
This year's participating organizations include a variety of causes, from environmental to senior support, to public safety, along with many other causes.
Whether you have a few hours a month or a few days a week, there is something here worth a look. Students who need volunteer hours, newcomers building local connections, retirees with time to give, and anyone curious about what their community needs or what's needed to sit on a board of directors.
Getting there: Mabbett Hall is at the Port Coquitlam Community Centre, a short walk from downtown Port Coquitlam and reachable by transit, bike, or car. Underground parking is available off Mary Hill Road and Kelly Ave.
