Lace up and join us every Wednesday for a feel good run through the city.
Meet at The Pollen Club from 5:45pm, ready to head out at 6pm. Each week we’ll take on a different route, keeping things friendly, social and no more than 5K.
After the run, we’ll head back to The Pollen Club for post run drinks, a proper midweek catch up and food available to order from The Hatch.
For anyone looking to reset, an optional post run session at The Good Sauna is available from 7pm, giving runners plenty of time to return, get changed and head into the sauna and cold plunge. Sessions are priced at £12, offering runners 20% off the usual price.
The run is completely free, with the sauna available as an optional add on, which you can purchase seperatly via The Good Sauna Co or Treehouse Hotel Manchester website.
The hotel will also have a number of sauna spaces available for guests.
