Get your hands dirty and make a lasting impact on the Violet Crown Trail! Join Hill Country Conservancy for a volunteer tree-planting at Mile Zero of the Violet Crown Trail in Zilker Park! Volunteers will help plant native trees to support local wildlife, improve habitat, and increase tree canopy along the trail. No prior planting experience is necessary. We'll provide all the tools and materials needed for the project, along with instructions and guidance. Just bring a reusable water bottle, sunscreen, and a willingness to get your hands dirty!
Come spend a morning outdoors, meet fellow nature enthusiasts, and help care for one of Austin's favorite trails. We hope to see you there!
Special thanks to Bronco Wild Fund for sponsoring this event!
