About this Event
Treasure Coast Market Update + The Move-Up Playbook
Thinking about selling your home and moving up to something new? Join us for an evening at the Glynlea Aqua Range in Wylder, made for homeowners in Port St. Lucie who want to make their next move the smart way.
We’ll start with a quick market update. You’ll learn what’s really happening with home prices and sales in the Treasure Coast area right now, so you know where you stand.
Then we’ll walk you through a simple question a lot of homeowners face: how do you sell your current home and buy a new one without getting stuck in between? We’ll show you a program that can help you sell your home the smart way, with lower fees, and without the stress of trying to time two closings perfectly.
While you’re there, enjoy food from a local food truck, drinks, and access to the aqua range all evening. After the presentation, you can also join a guided tour of our sponsor’s model home to see what a move-up could actually look like.
This event is completely free. Bring your family and friends to learn something new, enjoy a great evening, and see what your next move could look like.
