About this Event
Come learn about turtle conservation efforts of TRCA and others at beautiful Heart Lake Conservation Park, enjoy the beauty of the park, and connect with like-minded individuals.
Get ready for interactive exhibits, meet-and-greets with turtles and other native Ontario species courtesy of Ontario Turtle Conservation Centre and Scales Nature Park, drumming and Indigenous storytelling with Four Colours Drum Circle, and hands-on turtle conservation education with Heart Lake Turtle Troopers featuring interactive 3D turtle models, educational displays, and information about local nest protector programs. Plus much more for attendees of all ages to explore and enjoy!
This event is a family friendly event open to all ages. Light refreshments will be served!
***Please note this event is FREE, but proof of registration is required for free admission to Heart Lake Conservation Park on this day. Please be prepared to show your Eventbrite ticket at the entrance of the park.
