Join TRCA Youth Council as they host TurtleFest 2026 on May 16 from 10 am - 2 pm, for a fun-filled day celebrating our shelled friends!
About this Event

Come learn about turtle conservation efforts of TRCA and others at beautiful Heart Lake Conservation Park, enjoy the beauty of the park, and connect with like-minded individuals.

Get ready for interactive exhibits, meet and greet with turtles and other native Ontario species courtesy of Ontario Turtle Conservation Centre and Scales Nature Park, drumming and Indigenous story telling with Four Colours Drum Circle, education on conservation and nest protector programs run by Heart Lake Turtle Troopers, and more!

This event is a family friendly event open to all ages. Light refreshments will be served!

***Please note this event is FREE, but proof of registration is required for free admission to Heart Lake Conservation Park on this day. Please be prepared to show your Eventbrite ticket at the entrance of the park.
