Traveling Light is a community gathering designed to open your heart and lighten your emotional baggage.About this Event
We will begin each week with a short meditation and a question to jumpstart the guided conversation. The truth we will hold is that with an open heart, we feel lighter and a fuller sense of possibility. As a group, we will witness, share, and hold each other's human experiences. We will learn to embody our emotions and release what we cling to or repress. We are all loved, empowered, and free beings. Here is where we will remember that together.
