A Journey of Self-Discovery, Emotional Release & Deep Inner HealingTrauma Release Training is an immersive experience designed to help participants deepen their understanding of trauma, explore the connection between the body and emotions, and discover practical approaches to releasing accumulated tension and emotional stress.
Trauma is not always experienced as a conscious memory. Sometimes, difficult experiences can leave lasting impressions on the body, nervous system, emotional responses, and patterns of behaviour. These experiences may influence how we relate to ourselves, interact with others, and navigate everyday life.
Through a combination of guided practices, body awareness, somatic exploration, and experiential learning, participants are invited to reconnect with their bodies, develop greater awareness of their emotional patterns, and explore supportive ways to process stored stress and tension.
Throughout the training, participants will have the opportunity to explore the relationship between the nervous system, emotional regulation, and physical sensations. The sessions are designed to create a supportive environment where individuals can slow down, listen to their bodies, and approach their inner experiences with curiosity, compassion, and without judgment.
What You Will Experience

Understanding Trauma: Gain insights into how challenging experiences can affect the nervous system, emotional well-being, and physical responses.
