ARE THERE ANY RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH BREATHWORK SESSIONS?

Breathwork offers numerous potential benefits, yet certain conditions may pose risks for some individuals. It is crucial to carefully review all questions in the waiver above to determine if Breathwork is suitable for you. Before participating, inform your healthcare provider about any concerns. Contraindications include, but are not limited to: pregnancy, glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, brain or abdominal aneurysm, uncontrolled thyroid conditions, diabetes, asthma (please bring your inhaler), epilepsy, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychiatric hospitalization within the last ten years, and other medical or physical conditions that may hinder intense physical or emotional release.

Having any of these conditions does not necessarily disqualify you from participation but may require medical clearance beforehand. Therefore, carefully reviewing all waiver questions and disclosing any relevant personal circumstances before engaging in Breathwork activities is essential.

By using our services and completing a purchase, you accept and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. We aim to balance the interests of Breathwork Warrior and our valued clients, ensuring that our terms are clear, fair, and reasonable.

In the case that Breathwork Warrior cancels or reschedules an event, you will receive a full refund, minus any Eventbrite ticket fees. If you need to cancel within seven (7) days of the event, you will be issued a one-time credit valid for three months from the event date. Tickets can be transferred up to 72 hours before the event. To do so, please email the new ticket holder's full name and email address, copy the new ticket holder in the email, and include the event date and venue to [email protected]. The new ticket holder must complete any necessary registration forms, provide required details, and sign the waiver to be accepted.

Please note: This is a strictly drug and alcohol-free event. Anyone found under the influence will be asked to leave without a refund.
