Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher TrainingSeptember 19–20, 2026 | 8:30am–5pm
There is a quiet truth many of us feel in the room: we are not just guiding movement… we are meeting nervous systems.
This immersive, in-person training is designed for yoga teachers who want to hold space with greater clarity, confidence, and care. Together, we’ll explore how trauma lives in the body- and how our teaching can support safety, regulation, and genuine connection.
Led alongside a clinical neuropsychologist, this training bridges science and practice in a way that is clear, grounded, and directly applicable to your classes.
You’ll learn how to:
• Recognize signs of nervous system dysregulation
• Offer cues, pacing, and sequencing that support safety
• Work with breath, movement, and presence as tools for regulation
• Stay within your scope while holding compassionate, responsive space
• Deepen your own awareness as a teacher- your presence, your boundaries, your impact
This is not about fixing or diagnosing.
It’s about refining how we see, how we listen, and how we guide.
Expect a balance of lecture, discussion, embodied practice, and real-life application- so you leave not just informed, but equipped.
