I wish you very welcome to this movement and visualisation based body- and nervous system oriented workshop.What we will do:
- with the use of visualisation, body connection, colours and words, we will discover the inner landscapes connected to each autonomic state.
- discover portals or bridges that can let us move between them
- with use of mental and physical movement we will discover how we move mentally, physically, emotionally, in each landscape
What you may take from this workshop:
- increased connection to your autonomic states
- a visual connection to them as landscapes
- felt experience of how it is to move in the world from each of these places
- increased ability to move (regulate) between states; also regulate out of disabling states
When: Saturday 31/10 from 11:00-13:00
Where: Studio Jogamatka in Gorkeho 44
How much: 650czk
We will be a small group, no more than 8 people, so we have space to give individual attention, and ask and answer questions more deeply.
This workshop is trauma oriented, but intended as a workshop and not as therapy, so please come in this spirit.
