About this Event
Join transportation advocates from across D.C. as we come together to support Aparna Raj for Ward 1 DC Council, a champion for safer streets, better transit, and more walkable communities.
We’ll kick things off with a canvass launch at 11:00 AM, where we’ll gather, get trained, and head out to talk with neighbors about the future of transportation in Ward 1. Whether you can stay for the full canvass or just join for part of it, we’d love to have you there—every conversation makes a difference.
No prior canvassing experience is needed. We’ll provide training, materials, and support to make sure you feel confident before heading out.
What to expect:
- 11:00 AM canvass launch and training
- Small group canvassing with fellow advocates
- Flexible participation, join for some or all of the canvass
