1-DAY TRANSPERSONAL BREATHWORK JOURNEY IMMERSION Saturday, January 16, 2027 approximately 8AM-8PM

We’re gathering to begin 2027 by reconnecting with the inner guiding intelligence that lives beneath the noise of everyday life—through breath, evocative music, intentional support, and community. Food and snacks will be offered throughout the day as well.
This full-day immersion includes:
💨 Two 2 Hour breathwork journeys — one as the breather and one as the sitter, so every participant both experiences the journey and offers grounded support to another person.
🎨 Preparation, integration, journaling, expressive arts, reflection, and community connection — with space to settle, make meaning, and honor your own unfolding process.
🌀 Our approach is rooted in Neurodynamic Breathwork®, created by Michael Stone, and influenced by the transpersonal work of Dr. Stanislav Grof. Through deeper breathing, carefully curated music, and a well-held container, participants are invited to turn inward and follow their own experience.
Every journey is unique. Some people may encounter physical sensations, emotions, memories, imagery, symbolic material, or meaningful shifts in perspective. Experiences can include processing deep-seated emotions, moving with grief, or encountering transpersonal, spiritual, or past-life material. Others may simply experience rest, reflection, or a deeper connection to themselves. There is no “right” experience and no outcome can be promised.
🌿 A required medical and mental-health pre-screening process will be completed before registration to support safety and ensure there are no contraindications.
This is an intimate experience with space for only 12 participants.
