What does the Bible really say about our transgender friends?Join us as we read and discuss Austen Hartke’s Transforming: The Bible and the Lives of Transgender Christians. Hartke weaves ancient and modern stories that will change the way we think about gender, the Bible, and the faith to which Jesus calls us. Transforming reveals a biblical narrative centered on welcome, renewal, and beloved community. We will explore key biblical texts, historical context, and personal stories in each chapter. Come with your questions, experience, doubts, and hopes.
