Train the Trainer - 2 days

This class will help you hone your skills as a trainer of adult learners. You will learn about adult learning theory, strategies for adult learners, how to create agendas for appropriate pacing for adult courses, and more. This class is open to any member of the Idaho Education Association and is a requirement for anyone seeking to become a Certified Trainer with the IEA Center for Teaching and Learning. * 2 credit are available through U of I for this training.* The class will be held Jan. 23th from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Jan. 24th from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
