Have you ever wanted to train like a fantasy hero?
Join us at Sorcery & Scripts for a fun and beginner-friendly workout inspired by warriors, dragon riders, and epic adventures. Using safe foam swords, we'll combine movement, strength, balance, agility, and a little imagination to create a fitness experience unlike anything else in the area.
No sword fighting experience is required, and all fitness levels are welcome.
During this class, you'll:

🧘 Please bring a yoga mat and water. A limited number of extra mats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
