Trailhead Community Professional Open House | Senior Resource Professionals

Trailhead Community invites professionals working in senior services and resources to join us for a professional open house.

Come experience Trailhead in person, tour our homes and shared community spaces, meet our team, and learn more about our approach to independent living, connection, and belonging.

This gathering is also an opportunity to strengthen relationships among professionals serving individuals and families throughout our community and to learn when Trailhead may be a helpful resource or referral.
