About this Event
TRACE : embodied movement through art, scanning meditation, soundbath
This workshop is led by Eva Syti, advanced yoga teached, soundhealer and neuroscience coach.
On 14th March, we’ll gather for an intimate, deeply immersive workshop designed to help you feel rather than perform.
We’ll begin at 1:00 p.m. with a cacao ceremony, setting a clear intention, opening the heart. From there, we’ll move into subtle spinal movement, finding embodied expression through art, combined with a guided meditation scan. These practices will be fused together, movement and stillness meeting in a way that unfolds naturally.
It may sound abstract now, and that’s intentional, you’ll understand more on the day, when everything begins to make sense through experience rather than explanation.
The session weaves ancient wisdom with modern neuroscience, exploring how gentle movement, awareness, and sensory input regulate the nervous system, deepen presence, and support authentic expression. This is a powerful way to meditate, to express, to feel rather than perform.
We’ll finish with a one-hour sound bath, allowing the body and mind to fully integrate. Afterward, we’ll return to community and connection, and you’ll receive a small, carefully, thoughtfully curated goodie bag woth £100 , as always, something to help you feel grounded and good as you head home.
This experience is limited to 10 people, making it intentionally intimate and exclusive, spaces are very limited, so make sure to secure your ticket early. All props are included, and there’s nothing you need to bring, just yourself.
