About this Event
This is a beginner-friendly workshop for students who are curious about arm balances and inversions - such as crow pose and headstand- and would love the chance to explore them in a safe, supported way.
We will take the time to break things down step by step, focusing on strength building drills, technique and confidence, with plenty of options and time to rest along the way.
I would love for you to request a specific arm balance or inversion you would like to explore, when booking, so that you have the chance to ask questions and hopefully take something back into your regular practice.
The group is limited to a maximum of 10 people, so I can support everyone properly and we can practice in a calm, encouraging environment together and... have fun!!!
A regular yoga practice is recommended, but no prior experience with arm balances or inversions is required.
