Town Hall "Upstream"

The CBO Alliance, in collaboration with county partners, presents an “Upstream” Town Hall, which focuses on evaluating workflows to identify concrete/reasonable ways to create systems change. The event will focus on developing a framework that integrates collaborative strategies, shared responsibility, and practical approaches that support at-promise youth and intervene before youth become system-involved.
