A special edition of Tower Of Song (the monthly themed night for songwriters we've been running since 2013), held as part of Chapel FM's 2026 'Writing On Air' festival, featuring several of our wonderful Tower songwriters who will each introduce and perform a song they've written on the festival theme of 'Threshold'. This will be our fifth 'Writing On Air' at Chapel FM and we're delighted to have been invited back again this year!
Please note that, unlike our monthly Tower of Songs, this isn't an open mic / turn-up-on-the day to play event, and we've invited the songwriters who've performed at Tower of Song the most regularly over the past year.

The festival will take place over two weekends (from Friday 20 February to Sunday 1 March) and feature almost 80 programmes (all broadcast via East Leeds Community Radio) created by local writers and other artists, including workshops, readings, drama, debate, soundscape, and other performances. Some have been prerecorded; others (like ours) will be performed and broadcast live from Chapel FM's radio theatre.
