Join us, The Friends of Jack Kerouac, for a guided bike tour featuring historical landmarks that Kerouac interacted with during his time living in St. Petersburg, FL such as The Flamingo Bar, St. Anthony's Hospital, Al Lang Field, Haslam's Books, The Manhattan Casino and Mirror Lake Community Library.Some stops will have live poetry readings. Please bring your own bike, a helmet, water and sunscreen. The tour will start and end at The St Pete Bike Co-op. Our route will take approximately 2 hours and cover 7.6 miles. (This tour does not include the Kerouac House)
