TOTAL MAKEOVER WOMEN LEADERS' SUMMIT 2026

TMO MISSION/VISION: Total Makeover Women Leaders’ Summit is a transformative gathering dedicated to encouraging, equipping, and empowering women to lead with faith, purpose, and excellence for greater impact and influence.

Bringing together emerging and established women leaders from the Church, ministry, marketplace, and diverse professional backgrounds, the Summit creates a dynamic platform for spiritual renewal, leadership development, meaningful connections, and purposeful collaboration.

Rooted in faith and driven by purpose, the Summit inspires women to rise to new levels of leadership, embrace their God-given assignments, and become catalysts for positive and lasting change in their spheres of influence.

More than a gathering, Total Makeover (TMO) is a call to leadership, transformation, and action—raising women who are equipped, empowered, and positioned to LEAD CHANGE in the Church, marketplace, and beyond.

YOU’VE POURED OUT LONG ENOUGH. NOW IT’S TIME TO RECHARGE.

TMO SUMMIT 2026 RECHARGE! is a dynamic leadership experience for emerging and established women leaders in the Church, ministry and the marketplace who are ready to renew their strength, reignite their passion, and lead with greater purpose and influence.

Through inspiring keynotes, practical sessions, meaningful connections, and powerful encounters, come ready to be refreshed, reignited, equipped, and repositioned for your next level of leadership.

RECHARGE! NEW OIL. NEW FIRE. NEW FRAGRANCE.

NEW OIL — EMPOWERMENT

God’s fresh empowerment and anointing for the assignment ahead.

NEW FIRE — IGNITION

Renewed passion, strength, vision, and courage to pursue your purpose.

NEW FRAGRANCE — INFLUENCE

Leadership requires you to continually pour into people, purpose, vision, ministry, business, family, and community. But even strong leaders need a place to be refreshed, renewed, and refilled.

The lasting impact that flows from a leader transformed by God’s presence.

Whether you lead in the church, workplace, business, nonprofit sector, community, or home, 2026 TMO is your opportunity to step away from the demands of leadership and receive what you need for where God is taking you next.

Come ready to be refreshed. Reignited. Repositioned.

Come ready to RECHARGE!
