Total Body Walking has come to Barnsley!
Join us for a fun and accessible Total Body Walk. You can walk with or without poles - there are a limited number of poles available or you can bring your own.
Meet point: Wentworth Castle Gardens Car Park, S75 3EN.
One poles ticket includes 2 poles.
The walk is 1 hour long. All walkers can go at a pace they are comfortable with. Refreshments provided after.
